Public Services
Public Service courses teach students about our community and helping others. Public Service courses prepare students to eventually focus on law enforcement, the military, teaching, or to go into health fields.
The Public Service endorsement at Anderson is a curriculum path that allows for a student to focus deeply on courses directly related to education or health science. Additionally, Anderson has partnered with Reagan High School so that students who are interested in ROTC can travel to Reagan for a class period every other day in order to participate in their ROTC program.
A student who is attracted to these classes is interested in working with people and in improving our society. He/she might also be interested in working for the government or for a non-profit.
Students may earn a Public Service endorsement by completing the requirements specified in the foundation plan and one of the following pathways:
